Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of MailQV and forms part of the MailQV Terms of Service.

Permission-based sending

You may send commercial email through MailQV only to recipients who have explicitly consented to receive it from you or your organization, or where you have another valid permission that clearly satisfies applicable law. You are responsible for keeping evidence of that permission and providing it when reasonably requested.

Prohibited recipient sources and conduct

You must not:

• Use purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, or otherwise unauthorized recipient lists
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial email
• Ignore an unsubscribe, opt-out, complaint, hard bounce, or suppression status
• Circumvent sending limits, suppression controls, or provider restrictions
• Use deceptive sender identities, subjects, content, or domains
• Send phishing, malware, fraudulent, unlawful, harassing, or abusive content
• Interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of MailQV or a third-party service

Sender responsibilities

You must maintain accurate sender information, a working unsubscribe method, appropriate SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, and sending practices that comply with applicable privacy, electronic communications, anti-spam, and provider rules.

Enforcement

MailQV may pause a campaign, restrict sending, request evidence of consent, or suspend or terminate an account when activity violates this policy or creates material legal, security, abuse, complaint, or deliverability risk.
