SPF lists the servers allowed to send mail for your domain. Publish exactly one TXT record that starts with v=spf1 and ends with an all mechanism.
The 10-lookup limit
Each include, a, mx, ptr, exists and redirect costs a DNS lookup. Over 10 and receivers can treat SPF as a permanent error. This check counts top-level terms; nested includes can add more.
